Do you want to have the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and practice of working with people with disabilities? You can do that and so much more at the Center for Disabilities Spring Symposium!
At the Center for Disabilities Spring Symposium, you'll attend session topics that include areas like working with students with specific disorders and their needs (FASD, behaviors, social skills,etc.); understanding and respecting all of our great state's cultural differences; nutrition tactics to improve the health of youth with disabilities; an enhanced look at job coaching; working with other professionals in a team environment; and so much more!
The Spring Symposium will also include community conversations and topical discussions where you will have the chance to share your knowledge and experience or work as a team to discuss overcoming specific job-related challenges. We also have some dynamic and inspirational keynote speakers lined up, and that's something you won't want to miss!
The Spring Symposium will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2014 and conclude at noon on Wednesday, April 16, 2014.
