The Sanford School of Medicine offers an outstanding benefits package, including full family health insurance coverage. Specific information regarding benefits is available at orientation.
Stipends for 2012-13 academic year:
- PGY1 - $50,000
- PGY2 - $51,000
- PGY3 - $52,000
- PGY4 - $53,000
- PGY5 - $54,000
Residents are also eligible for a $1,000 moving stipend.
Residents may select one of two health insurance plans:
- $500 deductible (resident pays difference between $1000 and $500 premium)
- $1000 deductible (premium paid in full by school)
