Chris recieved his B.G.S from Chaminade University and his Ph.D in 1994 from The University of Texas-Dallas. He joined the
faculty at USD in 1999 and has taught the algebra-based physics course, thermodynamics, digital electronics and astronomy. Chris was instrumental in expanding the astronomy course
from a one-semester lecture course to a two-semester lab science course and initiated the effort to restore an observatory back to the USD campus. Chris's research interests lie in the area of space physics.
