ordering transcripts
An official transcript is a legal document which bears The University of South Dakota seal and the signature of the University Registrar.
Any course that was ever taken through a South Dakota Regental Institution will be included on your transcript: graduate courses, undergraduate courses, credit by exam courses, and repeated courses will all appear. Courses from other institutions that were transferred will also appear on your transcript. Degrees awarded and honors received are recorded. The following information is included: name, permanent address and date of birth or social security number.
To request an official academic transcript of your work at USD, please use the Transcript Order Form or include the following information in a letter: |
