Printed paper label, the surface abraded to simulate wear, the last two digits of year written in black ink: Gaspar da Salo in Brescia / 1580. Very thin double purfling. Three concentric, six-pointed stars of inlaid purfling at center of back, enclosing six-petal flower of inlaid purfling, with missing center.
