Master of Music (M.M.) Music Education Specialization:
The University of South Dakota's Department of Music provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become professional musicians-performers, educators, scholars, and lifelong learners. The program also offers opportunities for musical development, leadership development and personal enrichment through mentored performances, classroom studies, individual instruction and guided research. The Department of Music awards the only Master's of Music degree in South Dakota, with a specialization in Music Education.
