PDF Grant Proposals
Grants.gov is transitioning to an all Adobe format for submitting federal grant proposals. They are no longer using the PureEdge format. The change requires the use of Adobe Reader 8.1.1 or newer.
Adobe Reader
To determine the version you are currently using:
- Open Adobe Reader
- Select Help -> About Adobe Reader
- A window will popup displaying the version number
If your version is older then version 8.1.1, you will need to upgrade. To upgrade:
- Open Adobe Reader
- Select Help -> Check for Updates
- Follow the onscreen instructions
If you do not see an update option, or you don't have Adobe Reader installed, you can download it for free from the Adobe website.
