Paint Bucket Tool - (K)

The Paint Bucket Tool paintbucket icon is used to fill a uniform color or a selected area with the foreground color. To use the Paint Bucket, click on the paint bucket icon in the toolbar. When you click on your picture, the foreground color will pour onto your canvas and fill the area that is close to the same color.

For the example below, I made five different bars that faded to the canvas color. These fading bars allow us to see how the tolerance option works. The examples shown are set to 0% (exact color match), 10%, 25%, 50% and 75% tolerance. You can see from the picture that the more tolerance allowed the more the paint flows onto "similar" colors or shades of the same color.
