NCBI GeneBank - Entrez - PubMed - The NIH sponsored molecular biology and publication database maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information.

OMIM - Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man - This NCBI database is a catalog of human genes and genetic disorders.

European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) - The EMBO molecular biology database

Brookhaven Protein Data Bank - A huge database of molecular 3-D structure.

American Type Culture Collection - Database for cell lines, bacteria, viruses, Protists, plasmids, etc.

NIH Taxonomy Database - This NCBI database contains the names of all organisms that are represented in the genetic databases and allows browsing of the taxonomic structure or retrieval of sequence data for a particular group of organisms.

Life Science Dictionary - A searchable database for life science terminology.

Chemcyclopedia - American Chemical Society database for commercially available chemicals.

US Patent and Trademark Office database
