Offer education to all citizens
An
educated, literate, populace provides not only a more competitive work
force, but also can be connected to lower fertility rates, especially in
terms of educated females. Worldwide, the more education that women
receive, the fewer children they tend to have. Once the population is
literate it becomes much easier to promote family planning and reasonable
population controls. Also, those who are educated and find jobs that
provide a living wage will have less of an incentive to give birth to
children in order to provide for their parent's retirement. Further,
an educated work force would attract more foreign businesses to Pakistan.
This, in turn, would directly benefit the economy and provide more funds
for future investments. As more foreign business is located within
Pakistan, more graduates of the Pakistani education system will stay
in-country and use their talents to benefit their domestic economy.
