Baked Apples

This may sound obvious, but to bake apples:

     Wash enough apples to fill a roasting or lasagna pan.
     Core.
     Fill core with mixture of butter, brown sugar and dark raisins.  
     Pour water into bottom of pan to keep apples from burning on bottom.  
     Bake in medium oven, 350 degrees, until tender, 30-45 minutes.
