Erin's Chae Recipe

Actually, I don't have the chae recipe.  We always served it, and my
daughter always made it because she had this great recipe - which
she misplaced, but later found when she moved to Kansas - and she
did send Lady Lucretia a copy - but we don't have it.  But it sure is
a great recipe, and we sure hope she comes back to make it for us.
