Rice Dishes

Rice can be served at any meal, and with any dish.  Avoid any
minute or instant rices.  The brown and wild rices have great
flavors that stand up to meat dishes, and the white rice makes
a great dessert base, or even breakfast cereal.

Lady Lucretia of Wylde Skye bakes her rice rather than boiling
it on a stove top.  Put the water and rice in a covered roasting
pan and put it in the oven.  Easy way to make a large amount
without standing over a stove.
