Alumni Association Home

As alumni of The University of South Dakota we all have a common connection to The U.

Whether you graduated recently or decades ago, we're a part of the same big family. Our family is 56,000 alumni strong throughout the U.S. and the world. Across campus, across South Dakota and across the world, alumni association members make all of USD stronger.

And with all the changes happening around campus, now more than ever, is a great time to reconnect with The U.

Check out what's happening at The U:
  • Online Alumni Community – Just launched, this social networking site is a place for Coyotes to connect with fellow alums
  • Theodore R. and Karen K. Muenster University Center - Its doors opened to students, faculty, staff and friends the morning of Feb. 17, 2009, and since that time has proven to be a hub of activity for the campus
  • New Business School – Slated to open in the fall of 2009, the new building will provide more than 69,000 square feet of state-of-the-art classrooms, conference rooms, faculty offices and laboratories. Included will be the 150-seat Houtz Auditorium, named after 1958 graduate and accomplished businessman Jim Houtz
  • Coyote Village - The 195,708 square-foot Coyote Village began the early stages of construction in June on land south of the DakotaDome. The suite-style housing will offer students multiple lobbies and lounges, laundry, gaming room and cafe, multi-purpose room, tanning beds, convenience store and much more
