The University of South Dakota is excited to continue on the Path to Paperless by providing the electronic billing and payment system known as SDePay. Students can make a payment through WebAdvisor with either an electronic check or a credit card as part of SDePay. Students can also sign their parent or guardian up to view their billing statements and make a payment on their behalf.
The Business Office bills and collects tuition and fees, processes departmental deposits, manages miscellaneous accounts receivables, and distributes all student financial disbursements for The University of South Dakota.
Our objective and promise is to perform these duties in a professional way while extending a warm, caring welcome to all individuals and to convey a sensitivity unique to the financial needs of each individual student.
Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Summer hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
