The Elderlaw Forum is a public service of the University of South Dakota School of Law.

The Elderlaw Forum is an extension of the SENIOR LEGAL HELPLINE available at no cost to persons 55 and older. Feel free to contact Professor Myers at 1-800-747-1895 or at mmyers@usd.edu during regular business hours.  Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve our services to you.

The Elderlaw Forum delivers information and educational material by radio, a weekly newspaper column, and Law School research papers placed on the School of Law website. Professor Myers teaches Elder Law and Health Law & Policy at the University of South Dakota School of Law.

Professor Myers is to give Congressional testimony on May 14, 2008 regarding Good Doctors and Bad Doctors.

Professor Myers has been featured on South Dakota Public Broadcasting (link) and in the Yankton Daily Press & Dakotan regarding the Schiavo case (Yankton P & D)
