Important Announcements:

November Pay Period: As employees, we are delighted that Governor Rounds has approved a four day weekend to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.  This good news has made the Payroll deadlines more challenging than normal.  The USD Payroll staff will be working on Saturday, November 22, to complete the necessary processes to have payroll ready for you on November 28. 

- Time sheets and leave reporting will be due on Friday, November 21, by 10:00 AM.
- All approvals must be completed the same day, Friday, November 21, by 5:00 PM. 

Please note:  If time sheets and/or approvals are not completed by Friday, November 21 at 5:00 PM, your employees will not be paid on November 28.   There is no room in the schedule for late entries.
