The Center for Disabilities is located within the Health Science Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and is under the umbrella of the University of South Dakota, Sanford School of Medicine. Our organization is committed to providing activities that support people with disabilities to live, work, and fully participate in their communities. Our services and initiatives also support parents, siblings, professionals and stakeholders in the community.

Our Programs

Our center offers several programs helping people with disabilities and their families. We provide training, services, information, research and community education.

  • Next Meeting: The next meeting of the SD SIBS group is scheduled to meet on April 7 at 4:30 p.m. CST. The group is still actively recruiting siblings of adults with disabilities to form a network of contacts and support for #sibs.
