The 2018 Special Education Conference will be held on March 13-14 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
It was implausible to think that a pupil like Tim Clue would or could ever become a college-level instructor. Challenged by dyslexia and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder as a young man, Tim ultimately earned his master’s degree and began his creative work in the classroom as a communications teacher and speech coach. This career move spring-boarded him into a life as a professional clean comedian, published playwright and a highly inspiring and motivational speaker for all levels of educators, staff and administrators.
As an acclaimed education industry keynote speaker, Tim delivers more than just laughter and motivation. “Our challenge to bridge young minds into their best self and connect them to passion, play and purpose is universal and imperative,” he said.
This deeply compassionate, funny man connects and inspires in every dynamic presentation. He builds team spirit, strengthens commitment and creates excitement, a wonderful way to reward and move an audience in any educational field.
The South Dakota Special Education Conference is hosted by the Center for Disabilities in collaboration with the South Dakota Department of Education, Special Education Programs.
