/sdkidscount/Graphics/ColorKCSDLogo.gif KIDS COUNT: The South Dakota KIDS COUNT project began in 1993 and is part of a network of projects supported and coordinated by the Annie E. Casey Foundation. A major goal of the Initiative is to foster a nationwide commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and their families.

The project is located at The University of South Dakota, Beacom School of Business, Business Research Bureau. The project publishes an annual Factbook, a quarterly monograph, and special reports throughout the year.
