Boot Camps are designed to take your fitness to the next level. Working with Certified Personal Trainers, you will be pushed both physically and mentally to achieve your individual fitness goals. During these programs, you will engage in group workouts that utilize a combination of boot camp styled workouts and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). There will be a variety of equipment used to give you exciting new ways to train while maximizing your success in cardiovascular ability as well as muscular strength and endurance. Nutritional habits will also be analyzed with feedback and suggestions to improve your overall health and fitness. Pre- and post-assessments will be given at the beginning and conclusion of the program. Note: participants will need to complete a boot camp registration form to participate.

Boot Camps are typically offered each semester. To register for a Boot Camp, or to see what other specialty classes are being offered, please visit the Wellness Center registration page.
Those registering for a Boot Camp need to fill out a registration form in order to complete their registration. Please complete this form as soon as possible so our staff can safeguard any health concerns prior to the start of the program. In order to participate, you must have a Wellness Center Membership, or purchase a punch pass or day pass each session.
