  • Why I love to train - I enjoy the opportunity to help others reach their goals through fitness and genuine hard work.  I am a firm believer that anything is possible, you just have to set your mind to never give up!

  • Why I love to train - I train because it keeps me balanced and focused. If I can get a workout in, the rest of my day seems to fall into place. There is no better feeling than knowing you accomplished something that day, and I love to help others feel the same way.

  • Why I love to train -Your body is more your home than the house you live in.  Training for me is an outlet to take care of my home, improve my quality of life, reduce stress, and lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

  • Personal Interests - My favorite sport is hockey, proud supporter of the Minnesota Wild and Gopher hockey.  I love being outside year round:  lake life, biking and hiking in the summer; skiing and pond hockey in the winter.
