Details This seminar is geared for the working adult.  You have every intention of taking time for yourself, but the day begins,  you are running around doing everything else you have to do and then suddenly the day is over.  Some days you may feel bogged down and you just can't seem to find the light at the end of the tunnel.  This seminar is for YOU as it focuses on:  1)  Discovering effective strategies to managing  your time more productively; 2) Identifying ways to balance home and work/career/school while still making time for you; 3)  Exploring how "having it all" can be possible without "doing it all."  Presented by Laura Kruger, Wellness Coach
