Women on Weights

Details Do you come to the gym and are not sure what to do? Women on Weights could be right for you! This program is designed to engage and teach women of all ages and abilities the importance of resistance training, in which you will learn proper form and technique on a variety of each equipment. Week by week there will be other discussion topics to enhance your understanding of health and wellness. By the end of the six weeks, you will be able to write a program to help meet your fitness goals and have the knowledge to get you there. Space is limited so don't wait to register.

Self Defense

Date Wed., November 15, 3-4:30 p.m.

Details Learn to defend yourself if ever faced with an unsafe situation. This class is free to all USD students and Wellness Center members. Pre-registration is required.
