The process of each coaching session is based entirely on the area you wish to improve. Through guided conversation, you will discuss desired goals and outline the steps you'll need to meet those goals in a healthy way. You'll learn resilience and coping skills as you discuss obstacles that may arise and how to overcome them. Your coach will be there, too, offering support and guidance through your journey to becoming happier and healthier.
