Birth to Three
We provide free early intervention services, including developmental screenings and evaluations, for families with children from birth to age three who have difficulty learning, growing or behaving like other children in their age group or have a medical condition which doctors feel may need special attention.
Along with service coordination, early intervention for babies and toddlers may include a variety of services and support based on what parents would like to see happen next for their child and family.
Birth to Three Eligibility and Referral
Our Birth to Three coordinators assist families through a series of steps to determine their child's eligibility for early intervention through the program.
