Beacom School of Business Hosts Fall 2025 Coyote Business Consulting Showcase
Over 10 weeks, more than two dozen student consultants worked with South Dakota businesses, nonprofits and community organizations to deliver hands-on, high-impact business solutions.
“The showcase represents the culmination of 10 weeks of hard work, collaboration and problem solving, and we are so excited to share the results with all of you,” said Chelsea Limoges, director of industry engagement, in her welcome remarks.
She also recognized program chair and faculty advisor Elizabeth Manser Payne, DBA, associate professor in the Beacom School of Business; the CBC faculty mentors; and key supporters including South Dakota Manufacturing and Technology Solutions, Journey Group, the USD Center for Career Design and the Beacom School of Business.
Limoges emphasized that students were selected not only for academic success but also for their creativity, initiative and professionalism.
“These students demonstrate what it looks like to tackle real-world business challenges with curiosity and courage,” she said. “They are helping South Dakota organizations be seen, be heard and grow.”
Following the presentations, attendees explored poster displays representing the full portfolio of the fall 2025 CBC projects. Guests had the opportunity to visit with student consultants, network with community partners and enjoy appetizers and mocktails while learning about each project.
“These partnerships show what is possible when students and industry come together,” Limoges said. “Every project is a chance for our students to grow, and a chance for our partners to benefit from fresh ideas, thoughtful research and actionable recommendations.”
