USD Fine Arts Partners with Sioux Falls Washington Pavilion
The University of South Dakota College of Fine Arts is hosting a gallery at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls from now through Dec. 31. The gallery will showcase a variety of works from the Departments of Art, Music and Theatre.

“When the Washington Pavilion approached us with this partnership, I saw it as an opportunity for us to be represented in one of the most important artistic spaces in the state,” Bruce Kelley, Ph.D., dean of the College of Fine Arts, said. “Our installation will include elements from each of our departments -- music, theatre and art -- it's all there. We value the work that the Pavilion does and appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with them.”
Approximately 20 USD alumni and faculty art works will be on display, and two digital displays will represent the USD music and theatre departments. The USD College of Fine Arts plans to host events at the gallery throughout the fall.
“Showcases like this bring attention to all of the different and amazing things our students accomplish here at USD,” Kelley said.
Free museum admission is available to all USD students with ID. Discounts to Washington Pavilion shows and memberships is available for USD faculty and staff.
