I have been in the nursing profession for over 30 years in a variety of settings including practice, academia, and leadership.

Teaching Interests:

I enjoy teaching med-surg content, leadership, and professional development.

Research Interests:

I am interested in incorporation of caring and compassion in all nursing areas,research to improve student outcomes, and ways to enhance the nursing profession. I am interested in leadership effectiveness and styles to enhance organizations.
