Dr. Simonson is the Associate Dean for Teaching, Learning, and Research Services at the University Libraries and an Assistant Professor in the Ethics and Humanities section at the USD Sanford School of Medicine. She received her Ph.D. from The Graduate Center, CUNY, and her MLIS from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
