Maintaining good health takes more than physical well-being. Maintaining balance, developing healthy lifelong habits and making good choices contribute to one's overall well-being and ultimately, academic success. It's never too late to begin the journey to better health, and the Wellness Center is here to help you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself. We have daily classes, personal trainers and state-of-the-art facilities that will provide you with all the tools necessary to reach your potential.

The Wellness Center is located directly north of the Warren M. Lee Center for Fine Arts.

Friday 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

    The schedules for the spring sessions 4 &5 swim lessons are available. Registration opens Friday, March 22. From 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., online and in-person registrations will be accepted only.     With multiple options to meet your needs, the Wellness Center offers a membership that is just right for you. After all it's about what you need to start and keep healthy habits. Stop in, send an email wellness@usd.edu or call us to learn how you can benefit from a Wellness Center membership.

  • Blood Drive coming up on March 27. Must be 17 years or older and at least 110 pounds to donate. Eat a good meal and drink plenty of water before donating. Don't forget to bring a valid ID and thanks for donating!
