Maintaining good health takes more than physical well-being. Maintaining balance, developing healthy lifelong habits and making good choices contribute to one's overall well-being and ultimately, academic success. It's never too late to begin the journey to better health, and the Wellness Center is here to help you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself. We have daily classes, personal trainers and state-of-the-art facilities that will provide you with all the tools necessary to reach your potential.

The Wellness Center is located directly north of the Warren M. Lee Center for Fine Arts.

Monday - Thursday 5 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Friday 5 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m.- 10 p.m.

    Now Hiring Personal Trainers

    The Wellness Center is currently hiring certified Personal Trainers for the Summer and upcoming school year. Applicants must be certified by NETA, ACE, NASM or other accredited program and must complete training before clients will be assigned. Applications can be submitted to Dottie Kerkman

    Putting the “We” in Wellness

    The Wellness Center puts the “WE” in WEllness!  WE are here to help support you in helping you meet your wellness needs!  WE can help you register for mind-body classes to help you de-stress and stretch the sore and tired muscles.  Need a little extra motivation to get up and get moving?  WE can help you sign up for boot-camps or personal training so you have another person to rely on to keep you going strong!  Not sure where to get started?  WE can register you for a fitness consult to help you figure out your next steps!  Our staff is dedicated to help you be the best you can be!  To help you get started, WE are offering new members one free In-body assessment each month for a year when you sign up for a membership in October!  (Offer good for new members only.)
