Maintaining good health takes more than physical well-being. Maintaining balance, developing healthy lifelong habits and making good choices contribute to one's overall well-being and ultimately, academic success. It's never too late to begin the journey to better health, and the Wellness Center is here to help you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself. We have daily classes, personal trainers and state-of-the-art facilities that will provide you with all the tools necessary to reach your potential.

The Wellness Center is located directly north of the Warren M. Lee Center for Fine Arts.

    Jan. 12 - Feb. 23 join the 2020 Wellness Transformation journey. You'll have three weekly strength/cardio workouts led by certified personal trainers, and you'll receive wellness education on nutrition, stress & mind-body health and components of fitness. Register by Jan. 2.
