Maintaining good health takes more than physical well-being. Maintaining balance, developing healthy lifelong habits and making good choices contribute to one's overall well-being and ultimately, academic success. It's never too late to begin the journey to better health, and the Wellness Center is here to help you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself. We have daily classes, personal trainers and state-of-the-art facilities that will provide you with all the tools necessary to reach your potential.
The Wellness Center is located directly north of the Warren M. Lee Center for Fine Arts.
The Wellness Center will be closed Monday, May 27 for the Memorial Day holiday. The administrative office will be closed on Friday, May 24.

The schedules for the spring sessions 4 &5 swim lessons are available. Registration opens Friday, March 22. From 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., online and in-person registrations will be accepted only.
