We offer personal training, group fitness, state of the art equipment and wellness coaching to help you meet your goals.
Maintaining good health takes more than physical well-being. Maintaining balance, developing healthy lifelong habits and making good choices contribute to one's overall well-being and ultimately, academic success. It's never too late to begin the journey to better health, and the Wellness Center is here to help you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself. We have daily classes, personal trainers and state-of-the-art facilities that will provide you with all the tools necessary to reach your potential.
The Wellness Center is located directly north of the Warren M. Lee Center for Fine Arts.

Capacity: Get notified when we have reached capacity and there is a wait time for working out.
Group Fitness: Find out if a class is added, removed or cancelled due to weather.
Pool Info: Get notified if the pool is cancelled due to facility or staffing issues.
Swim Lessons Info: Be the first to know when a new schedule is available for registration or when classes are cancelled. -
Go beyond the scale and get a body weight analysis that will motivate you to lose weight, gain muscle and see where you can improve your overall body composition. During the month of February, the Wellness Center will be offering 50% off body compositions on Wednesdays from 3 - 5 p.m. Stop in during that time or sign up for a time at the front desk.
