The conference brings together notable speakers from around the country including keynote presenters and featured family business success stories.

  • Keynote, Jolene Brown, is the author of "Holy Crap! I Married a Farmer!" and is an award-winning speaker. She is an active champion for agriculture and is co-owner and active partner of an Eastern Iowa corn and soybean farm. She will present "Stop the Fighting on the Way to the Funeral Home!™"
  • The Leinenkugel’s family business success story presented by Dick Leinenkugel, fifth generation, and Katie Leinenkugel, sixth generation.
  • Eric Allyn will share his story as the former fourth-generation owner and chair of the board of Welch Allyn, Inc.

In addition to these featured speakers, breakout sessions will focus on topics including the relationship between culture and profit, selling your business to family in tax efficient ways and managing family dynamics.

Conference attendees are expected from 22 states as well as the United Kingdom and Belgium. The limited audience of in-person attendees will gather at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Sioux Falls.
