Jackson’s selection to this position reflects his continued dedication to enhancing safety, innovation and collaboration in campus law enforcement at both the national and international levels.

“It is truly an honor to represent the campus public safety community as the IACLEA First Vice President,” said Jackson. “The work IACLEA is doing every day has a direct and lasting impact on colleges and universities across the country.”

As part of IACLEA’s leadership succession, Jackson is also slated to become president of IACLEA in June 2027, when he will serve a one-year term guiding the international association.

Jackson was recently honored with the prestigious IACLEA President’s Award, recognizing his exceptional service, leadership and commitment to the organization. He played a key role in supporting IACLEA’s past president and strategic initiatives that advanced priorities to strengthen campus safety and professional development across higher education.

“I am deeply grateful to receive the IACLEA President’s Award and to support the important strategic vision of our leadership,” said Jackson. “I look forward to serving alongside colleagues as we advance the future of campus safety.”
