USD School of Law Hosts UNL Law Professor for Lecture on Free Speech
The University of South Dakota School of Law hosted Richard Duncan, professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law, for a lecture on free speech.
The event, hosted by the USD Federalist Society, was designed to increase awareness about free speech on college campuses.
Duncan, a long tenured professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law, teaches property and constitutional law.
