Maintaining good health takes more than physical well-being. Maintaining balance, developing healthy lifelong habits and making good choices contribute to one's overall well-being and ultimately, academic success. It's never too late to begin the journey to better health, and the Wellness Center is here to help you achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself. We have daily classes, personal trainers and state-of-the-art facilities that will provide you with all the tools necessary to reach your potential.
The Wellness Center is located directly north of the Warren M. Lee Center for Fine Arts.
The Wellness Center will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2021 for Memorial Day.

The next session of Summer Boot Camp will be held Monday/Wednesday/Friday starting July 7 and ending August 18 from 6-6:50 am. The cost of the camp is $45 for members and $80 for non-members. Those who participated in the first session and are interested in attending the second session are eligible for a discount. Please contact the administrative office for more information. Deadline to register is July 6.
All students and community members are required to have an ID to get into the facility. If you forget your card, you will be asked to go home and get it. Card storage is available at the front desk upon request. Lost your card? Replacement ID’s for students, faculty and staff can be done at the Coyote Card office. Wellness Center members can stop in room 102 during business hours. The cost of a replacement card is $20. Questions can be directed to 677-8803 or email@example.com.
