The University of South Dakota as of January 27, 2020, cannot confirm whether any particular course or program meets educational prerequisites for professional licensure or certification in states other than South Dakota. If you are planning to apply for licensure/certification in a state other than South Dakota after completion of your program, contact the academic department offering your major or CDE at 605-658-6152 or by email at email@example.com. USD is working to comply with these requirements and will provide up-to-date information as it becomes available.
The Higher Learning Commission requires that an institution that provides a program that prepares students for a licensure, certification or other qualifying examination publicly disclose its pass rate on that examination, unless such information is not available to the institution. The South Dakota Board of Regents publishes this data in an annual Licensure and Certification Report.
The examinations included in this report are those that must be passed before a person may be fully licensed or certified to engage in the occupation or profession. Optional examinations are not included. Please note that this report includes data for all SDBOR institutions. Programs are listed alphabetically.
