Law School Director of Experiential Learning Steps Into Role as Chair of ABA Young Lawyers Division
“It is an honor to step into the role of chair of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division,” said Nash. “The ABA has enriched my life in so many ways. I am grateful for the opportunity to not only serve the division, but also the association and the legal profession. It is a privilege to create a home for all young and new lawyers in the ABA Young Lawyers Division.”
As the chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, Nash will serve as the chief executive and administration officer for the division. She will oversee the division’s day-to-day activities and council, manage the division’s leaders, and represent the division and speak on its behalf.
Nash serves as the director of experiential learning and a lecturer at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. She formerly served as a special assistant U.S. attorney for the District of South Dakota, where her practice focused on firearm and felony narcotics prosecutions in both state and federal court.
