USD Knudson School of Law Hosts Ribbon Cutting For Renovated Building
The renovation has simultaneously modernized the law school’s facilities and preserved its welcoming community environment. The project led to an expansion in opportunities for classroom collaboration and increased overall function.
At the heart of the Knudson School of Law is the mission to foster lawyer leaders. The renovations to the facility reinforce that purpose, providing a space well suited for twenty-first century learning that will continue to foster a culture of excellence, service and leadership.
Community members and alumni are invited to join students, faculty and administration outside the law school building for brief remarks before the ceremonial ribbon cutting.
Immediately following the ribbon cutting, guests are invited to a reception held within the law school. The reception is in celebration of the law school alumni Unleash Your Legacy award recipients: Rachelle Norberg, J.D. ’18, Young Alumni Award, and Pierce McDowell III, J.D. ’83, the USD Legacy Award.
