Kimball is the chief innovation officer for Marsh & McLennan Agency, where she demonstrates a passion for her firm’s vibrant culture through her leadership of internship programming, talent development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Kira serves on the boards of directors for the Southeast Tech Foundation, Levitt at The Falls, the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, and 100+ Women Who Care Sioux Falls. Prior to her 13 years in the insurance industry, Kira spent a decade in higher education, teaching, advising, and counseling students at Purdue University and The Ohio State University with a focus on leadership development, career exploration, and diversity and inclusion.

She has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, government, finance and healthcare. No matter the setting, she has a passion for helping leaders leverage their power, strength and wisdom to make a positive difference for those they serve. McGovern holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is also certified in a wide range of individual and team assessments that identify strengths, blind-spots and behaviors that help create more productive relationships and outcomes.
Sylvester, who serves as chief sales and marketing officer for Five Star Call Centers, has demonstrated an unsurpassable passion for exceptional customer service during his more than 20-year career. Sylvester has recruited, trained, and coached award-winning customer service teams across the world in retail, banking, healthcare, and manufacturing, assisting such top brands as Mayo Clinic, Wells Fargo, and Fellowes. A graduate of the University of South Dakota, Sylvester serves on the board of the Sioux Empire United Way and actively speaks with community groups and businesses about employing those living with disabilities.
Te Slaa is a veteran in the discipline of leadership and organizational development with a focus on providing leadership tools and processes that allow leaders at all levels to successfully empower, motivate, and engage their team members. Te Slaa takes an impassioned, no-nonsense approach to helping her clients access more of their untapped potential so they can achieve superior results and increased productivity. Tyler is an associate professor and chair of the Department of Communication Studies at the University of South Dakota. Tyler conducts research in interpersonal and health communication and trains managers, medical teams, government employees, and corporate leaders. A graduate of the University of Iowa, she coaches individuals and teams in leadership development, team building, succession planning, crisis response policies, and decision-making strategies.
Vostad was the program director of the TRIO Student Support Services program at South Dakota State University, where he taught numerous undergrad and graduate classes in student improvement, student development and student affairs leadership. He has presented at approximately 35 conferences nationwide on these subjects. Vostad is a member of the National Council of Teachers of English and is a trained writer of U.S. Department of Education assistance grants. He completed his Ed.D. at the University of South Dakota and his undergraduate studies at South Dakota State University.
Vostad is a learning and development manager at Raven Industries, where she designs and facilitates learning solutions for all levels of the organization. Previously, Vostad created leadership development programs that served front-line supervisors and high-potential talent at POET, and designed a global talent and succession planning process for the manufacturing company Danfoss. She has an advanced specialist degree in education with a focus on leadership from Drake University, and she’s certified in CCL Benchmark 360’s, MBTI, Hogan, FIRO-B, and Workplace Big 5 assessments.
Zweifel has more than 20 years of experience as an executive leader in the technology, financial services and healthcare industries. She has designed and led all aspects of human resources, strategic planning, project management, sales, organizational design & effectiveness, product management, and has managed P&L responsibilities. As a consultant, she uses her skills and experiences to help organizations identify and diagnose areas that will further the success of their people, customers and the business while strengthening their legacy for years to come. Zweifel holds bachelors and master’s degrees from the University of South Dakota, a doctorate from the University of St. Thomas, and several industry certifications including SPHR®, PfMP®, PCC, and CCMP™.
