Effective Monday, March 30, 2020, the following changes are being implemented to postal and package deliveries on campus:

Postal Services

  • Office hours will be 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Incoming mail will be received from the USPS and sorted.
  • Mail delivery to USD buildings will no longer be provided.
  • Departments may pick up their mail at the Continuing Education Building, Room 101.
  • Outgoing and campus exchange mail should be delivered to Postal Services for processing.
  • If you have UPS or FedEx packages to send out, please deliver them to USD Postal Services.
  • If you have questions for Postal Services, please call 658-3591 or email postal@usd.edu.

UPS, FedEx & Other Carriers

  • All deliveries will be directed to the Facilities Management shop at 1313 East Cherry St.
  • Departments may pick up their shipments at the shop between 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • If you have questions regarding these shipments, please call 605-658-3334 or 605-658-3326.
  • If you have UPS or FedEx packages to send out, please deliver them to USD Postal Services.

Copy Center

  • The Copy Center will be available as needed.
  • No set hours have been established.
  • To schedule a printing job, please call 658-3590 and leave a message or email ucopy@usd.edu.

Supervisors should work with their area vice president to determine who should retrieve mail for each office area.
