The Center For Teaching and Learning promotes USD’s commitment to continuous learning and excellence by providing and encouraging access to a wide range of professional development opportunities for staff. We function as inhouse consultants who foster collaborative partnerships to assess and evaluate training and professional development needs for administration, managers, front line supervisors and staff. We develop and deliver customized training and professional development programs based on best practices, needs, essential job skills. We offer both office/department and online professional development opportunities that strengthen leadership and management skills, promote administrative support service excellence, and foster a positive work environment.
