Coyote Band Day at USD

Saturday, October 13, 2018

Spend a day with The SOUND of USD Marching Band at a home football game. Coyote Band Day is a new and fun event for entire marching bands or individual high school band students (grades 9–12) to experience the world of collegiate marching bands. Join other students from across the region in a rehearsal, game day activities and a mass band half-time performance in the USD Dakota Dome in front of thousands of appreciative Coyote football fans.

  • Band Directors can choose to bring their full band or a smaller group of band students to this non-competitive, stress-free performance opportunity that will be an easy and fun event to organize and attend.
  • Individual high school students can participate as a single performer to enjoy this chance to perform at a college football game. In addition, you will have a chance to meet our wonderful USD students and work with our outstanding band faculty.
