The USD School of Health Sciences (SHS) is the state of South Dakota’s premier school of health and human service professions, preparing students for inter-professional, collaborative practice to meet the workforce needs of the region. Faculty members contribute to their respective professions through teaching and curriculum development, research, scholarship, community service and engagement, and state of the art healthcare simulation labs that provide real world learning experiences.
