National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Exam Pass Rates

The USD OT Program transitioned to the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (O.T.D.) in 2015. Students who were admitted to the M.S. program in 2015 and 2016 had the option to transition from the M.S. to the O.T.D. The first class of O.T.D. students graduated in May 2017. Since the inception of the USD M.S. program in 1991, until we transitioned to the O.T.D., our graduates had a 98% first-time pass rate. First-time results, as well as results for all attempts, for the O.T.D. program are provided in the table below and on the NBCOT web page:
