The School of Health Sciences has established a range of scholarship opportunities to recognize excellent high school achievement by first-year students and outstanding academic performance by upperclass students already in attendance at the university.
School of Health Sciences Scholarships
Walter Anyan Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to Native American students who are enrolled members of a federally recognized tribe in South Dakota and pursuing degrees in any of the undergraduate programs in the School of Health Sciences. As long as the student remains in good standing in the School of Health Sciences, the award can be renewed.
Faithe Family Scholarship - Health Sciences
This scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students in the health care fields. Preference is given to students who show some financial need and have outstanding accomplishments and aspirations to serve the health care system.
Lulu B. Wheeler Scholarship
This scholarship is for students in the healing arts.
