Pay Deposit Online

When paying your deposit you will need your Student ID. This can be found on your acceptance letter. 

Pre-Law Boot Camp

The pre-law boot camp is a week-long series to prepare students for the subjects they will cover in their first year of law school. It will be conducted as a webcast series July 19-23, 2021. The time will be 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. daily. All admitted USD Law students can attend at no charge and should use the promo code USDLAW22.

USD Law is a community of excellence, service and leadership. In order to experience how strong our community and network is, we strongly encourage you to visit us. During your visit you can meet with the admissions team, take a tour with a law student, sit in on a class, and meet our faculty.

Immunization Records

The Board of Regents requires all attendees of state schools to provide proof of immunizations prior to enrollment in classes. You must complete the form provided by Student Health Services before we can register you for classes. We recommend you complete this process as early as possible.

Under extraordinary circumstances, we may grant a request to defer your admission. The request must be in writing, and must include the reasons for the request. Approvals to defer are left to the discretion of the admissions committee chairperson and the director of admissions. If granted, an applicant can defer for one year only. After the year expires, the applicant must reapply through the regular admissions process.
