The Center for Disabilities provides evidence-based professional development and technical assistance guidance in South Dakota and nationally. Our training team offers single and multi-day seminars and workshops as well as customized support for students, trainees, professionals, educators, self-advocates, their families and community teams.

The Center for Disabilities provides needs assessment, consultation, technical assistance and professional development at affordable rates. Our services are offered on a daily and half-day basis. Please contact us for more information on the technical assistance cost.
Limited funding may be available through the South Dakota Council on Developmental Disabilities to support attendance to in-state conferences, training events, committees, and other similar activities in an effort to empower people with developmental disabilities and their family members through access to opportunities, experiences, resources and information. The application is available online or by calling 1-800-265-9684. This funding is not intended for technical assistance or consultation fees.
