In 2007 as a fresh graduate of Chemistry, I taught Chemistry in SABIS-in Abu Dhabi and AlAin for almost a year. I first joined the American University of Beirut (AUB) University Libraries- Jafet Library in 2008 as a Library Assistant in the Serials & Electronic resources department. And then in June 2014, I joined Saab Medical Library (SML) as the assistant to the medical librarian, after attaining my MPH-HMP from AUB. I was then promoted to Medical & Health Sciences Librarian, in August 2018, after earning my MLIS degree from the University of Pittsburgh. I possess over a decade of culminating experience at the University libraries at AUB. I assisted physicians, faculty members and students at the faculties of Medicine, Nursing, and Health sciences, in conducting proper research. I guide the researchers with various issues such as where to publish, how to boost research impact, and how to use Endnote effectively, etc. I have been an indispensable contributor to many health-related courses and programs at the AUB, for instance the Research Personnel Program (RPP) and the Fellowship and Residency Research Program (FRRP). I taught classes on health information literacy to graduates and PHD students at the medical school and Med 1 students (IDTH 310 and IDTH 201). I have held numerous workshops/webinars targeted to the AUB community as well as outside the AUB and have been part of numerous scoping, systematic, and rapid systematic reviews. As of October 22nd, I started working at Wegner Health Sciences Library as one of the Health Sciences Librarian.
