The program is designed to help participants lose weight, improve exercise and nutritional habits, make lifestyle changes and have fun. Participants will engage in group and individual workouts and participate in daily food and activity logs all under the direct supervision and guidance of Certified Personal Trainers.
This 10 week program includes: weekly weigh-ins, pre/post fitness assessment to include pictures (optional), girth measurements, body percent fat testing and muscular and cardiovascular fitness testing. Participants will also be grouped into teams to facilitate a team competition. You can receive points for attending group workouts, attending group fitness classes, wellness workshops on topics such as nutrition and exercise and activity and food logs.
