Our boot camps will help you take your fitness to the next level. Working with certified personal trainers, you will be pushed both physically and mentally to achieve your individual fitness goals. During these programs, you will:

  • Engage in group workouts that combine boot camp-styled workouts with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
  • Discover new ways to use equipment for cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance
  • Receive an analysis of nutritional habits and suggestions to improve overall health and fitness
  • Take part in pre- and post-assessments

Time Session I:  Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.
Session II:  Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Registration Information

Boot camps are typically offered each semester. To register for a boot camp, or to see what other specialty classes are being offered, visit the Wellness Center registration page.

Those registering for a boot camp need to fill out the online registration form in order to complete their registration and complete the personal readiness questionnaire so our staff can safeguard any health concerns prior to the start of the program. In order to participate, you must have a Wellness Center membership, or purchase a punch pass or day pass each session.
