COVID-19 Operations
Operational Information
- Facility will close an hour early for deep clean each night
- Fans will not be operated
- Limited cash transactions will be accepted
We are currently operating in Phase 1 of our COVID Operations Plan. The following capacity limits will be set:
- Will operate at 30% capacity for patrons; staff will monitor
- Cardio Strength Main floor - 30
- Cardio Strength Upstairs - 13
- Track - 15
- Upstairs Hallway - 12
- Locker Room - 6
- Climb Wall - 4 (CLOSED until further notice)
- Racquetball Court - 4 (CLOSED until further notice)
- Court 1- 4 (CLOSED until further notice)
- Court 2 - 4 (CLOSED until further notice)
- MAC Court - 4 (CLOSED until further notice)
- Studios (CLOSED until further notice)

- DakotaDome Pool
- Masks required to enter building/pool/locker room (Mask may be removed when swimming.)
- Lap Swim Only.
- No open swim available until further notice.
- Swim Lessons will not be held until further notice
- Dakota Dome staff sanitizes/cleans every morning (once a day)
- High touch points in Pool area
- Entire Locker Rooms
- Hand-Sanitizer station located in the pool on South wall as well as in the Dome at top of each stairwell
- Bleachers will remain in pool - patrons asked to respect social distancing
- One parent/guardian may accompany the child to lessons and be allowed to stay on deck but social distance.
- Equipment will be allowed to be used by patrons for lap swim and for swim lessons

Wellness Center Staff
- Will wear face coverings.
- Will be actively monitoring social distancing and capacity throughout facility
- Will follow a cleaning schedule where they will be cleaning equipment every hour throughout the day
Entry

Masks are required to enter and exit the facility, in the locker room, as well as in transition to and from the various spaces in the facility.

All members must follow CDC guidelines for washing hands and for self evaluation for illness
- CDC lists the following symptoms for self-evaluation of illness. Members and Wellness Center staff are asked to stay home if they have any of the following symptoms.
- Cough, fever/chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea

All members and students must follow entrance arrows, stop at the hand sanitization and enter through turnstile #1.

Members using the cardio/weight areas and attending Group Fitness will pick up a towel and spray bottle

General information
- Plexiglass has been installed in the office suite, front desk, and other desks for added safety
- Members can bring in equipment such as (Mat, Weight-Belt, Weight-straps)
- Follow arrows for direction flow
Beyond Check-in

All members/students
- Are encouraged to clean equipment before and after each use
- Are encouraged to maintain six feet of distance at all times
- Are asked to refrain from using the facility if they are ill or show any signs & symptoms in reference to the CDC guidelines for monitoring for COVID illness

- Place soiled towel in dirty bin and return spray bottle to return table
- Members/Students must exit following arrows

Programming Areas

Group Fitness - (Virtual only as of 11/16/20)
- Floor spaces have been delineated in the group fitness studios to provide for social distance
- Fans will NOT be used in classes
- Must use reservation system for all group fitness class
- In addition to classes at the Wellness Center, Virtual class options will be offered with a paid membership

Personal Training (Not available until further notice as of 11/16/20)
- Trainer will be required to maintain social distance of 6 feet with client
- Hands on adjustments and corrections are prohibited at this time
- Use one piece of equipment at a time (avoid supersetting in two stations)
- Trainer is will wear face coverings
- Trainer must wipe down all equipment as used during training session

- Available at 30% capacity - 6 patrons
- Showers will be available but NO shower towel check-out service

Mats and Foam Rollers
- Have been removed from the facility
- Minimal equipment will be available for check-out, please ask the front desk

Spotting in the free weight area will be permitted at your own risk

If you have a concern regarding another person in building please report it to staff

Cleaning Protocol / Sanitization
- The Wellness Center staff will follow a cleaning schedule throughout the day where they will clean every hour and actively clean throughout facility as patrons use equipment
- All Members will be given a disinfectant spray bottle/towel and will be encouraged to spray their machine/equipment before and after use
- Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the facility
- The facility will close one hour early each night for deep clean.
